In response to the trend of globalization and internationalization, the Chinese government opened the education market to allow foreign institutions to operate in the Educational Service Trade, especially in higher education. As a result, a significant number of joint education programs between China and Canada came into being in the last decade. The “2+2” Type, which is considered a typical mode, is the focus of this study.
